I signed up for Premium but still cannot access Premium content. Why?
Oh no! We're so sorry you're having trouble accessing the DOYOU Premium library.
If you purchased Premium through the app, restore your purchase by going to your profile, then Account Settings (the gear icon on the upper right corner). Tap on “Missing any purchases?” and we'll take it from there.
If this doesn't work, please send us an email at [email protected] with your DOYOU username and we'll help you get your Premium on right away.
That will solve the Premium access issue.
